Where is my order?
If you’ve tracked your order and found discrepancies in the delivery date or have not received your order within 5 business days of its scheduled delivery date, please contact one of our Team Members at info@realgoodtoys.com. We will research the location of your order and promptly resolve the issue.
How soon will I receive my order?
We strive to process and ship all orders for standard product in 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking confirmation from UPS QuantumViewNotify, at the end of the business day, when it ships from our facility. If your package is sent via USPS, the tracking notification arrives in your inbox from Pitney Bowes on behalf of Real Good Toys, Inc., and you will receive that notification when it is processed
